Office Network Assessment & Redesign
A regional real estate brokerage was paying for gigabit business internet that never felt fast. Training sessions with more than a handful of attendees knocked people offline, presentation TVs kept dropping, and two desk phones were quietly running over Wi-Fi.
Our on-site assessment mapped the network end to end — wireless coverage measured room by room, every rack port inventoried. The core finding: a firewall rated for a quarter of the circuit’s speed was throttling the entire office, and the same device’s 50-client limit was evicting users mid-training. We also flagged consumer-grade switches, unsecured wall ports, and missing endpoint protection.

Network Health Check
Three years after the redesign, the same office’s network had been running quietly — and the owners wanted to know what “quiet” might be hiding. We performed a remote, read-only review of the network management console: no changes, no reboots, no disruption to the business day.
The check surfaced problems no one could see from the outside: configuration backups had been silently failing for two years, meaning a single hardware failure would have erased the settings for the entire network. Roughly two years of security updates were unapplied — including versions affected by five published vulnerabilities — and the only client-held admin account was dormant, unrecoverable, and impossible to secure with multi-factor authentication.
